Biography
Attorney Kirschinger handles complex litigation which includes but is not limited to: real estate, business transactions, condominium law, foreclosure, City of Chicago violations, Mechanics liens, evictions, trademark law, citations, personal injury, divorce, probate and bankruptcy.
She drafts and researches all complaints, discovery, motions, briefs, memorandums of law, federal and appellate court documents and manages all aspects of cases from inception through completion.
Attorney Consumer Counseling, P.C. was founded as a solo practice by Lucy Kirschinger in 2015. Lucy has been practicing law since 2000. Lucy is licensed in the Illinois Supreme Court and the U.S. District for the Northern District of Illinois.
